You don’t have to be ex-Yugoslav to enjoy this feast, we prepare suckling pig and whole lamb on the spit in house and roast it on slow fire for hours until tender perfection. A 14-18 pounds suckling pig and/or lamb is spit-roasted at the back every Saturday. In fact you can even watch it roast – it’s much more fun than watching the washing machine spinning at home.
